In an effort to go "green", we will not be providing any printed information or course maps to participants. All information is contained in this email so please read it carefully and completely!

Health & Fitness Boutique/ Packet Pick-Up

Packets (race bibs, bags & participant shirts) MUST be picked up at the Health & Fitness Boutique. You must pick up your race packet for the Divas� Half Marathon & 5K in North Myrtle Beach at the Health & Fitness Boutique as follows:

Packet Pick-Up will be by bib number. Use the button below to look up your bib number. Please remember this number - it will make the packet pick-up process go much smoother.

If you registered online after 4/18, your bib number may not appear. However, you will be able to look-up your bib number onsite at the Health & Fitness Boutique.

Beer Wristbands - The Traveler Beer Co. will be in the finish line area on race day sampling their Curious Travel Shandy! If you would like to sample beer after the race, make sure to pick up your Over 21 wristband along with your bib number. You will have to put on the wristband at the Boutique. If you do not want to wear the wristband, you will have to bring your ID with you on race day. Beer tasting is for participants only.

Your photo ID will be required to pick up your race packet.

**There is NO packet pick-up on race day!**

PACKET PICK-UP BY PROXY:

If you cannot pick up your race packet yourself, someone else can pick it up for you. In order for them to do so, they MUST have the following items with them:

A physical copy of your photo ID, and
A Packet Pick Up Authorization Form (completed and signed by you)

Race central is between Main Street and Ocean Blvd. The start will take place Ocean Blvd between 1st & 2nd Ave South. The finish will be about a block away from the start on Main Street near Fat Harold's Beach Club. There will be water and bathroom facilities at the start as well as in the finish area.

Start Corrals: We utilize a courtesy corral system. Participants are asked to line up according to their estimated pace per mile. Large signs indicating these paces will be displayed through the start line corral. Please be courteous and look for the area that fits your pace - if you plan on walking, please line up towards the back so other runners do not have to run around you. This will make your start quicker and your run more enjoyable.

Race Day Parking

If you are driving in on race day the areas below have been assigned as the parking areas for the race. Parking will be free of charge and will be open from 4:30 am - 12 noon. Keep in mind that the closer the area, the earlier it will fill up. We have over 5,500 runners coming so parking will fill quickly.

OFF SITE PARKING: The City of North Myrtle Beach is offering a free shuttle service for race participants and spectators from the locations listed below. Ten shuttles will be assigned to each location (20 total), and will drop runners/spectators off at the corner of Hillside Drive and Main Street. Shuttles will run from 5:00 am until 12:00 pm.

Important Safety Reminders

Please take a moment to review the information below:

1. THERE IS A PLACE ON THE BACK OF YOUR BIB TO PUT YOUR NAME & MEDICAL INFORMATION.

Please be sure to fill this out prior to the race.

2. THE FINISH LINE CHUTE IS NOT A WAITING AREA.

Once you cross the finish line, you need to keep moving down the chute through the Medal, Rose, Bubbly, Photo stations and out through the Food Tent. You will not be allowed to stand on the inside of the barricaded Finish areas and wait for your friends/family/etc. to finish the race. Make plans ahead of time to meet up outside of the immediate Finish Line area.

3. NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE COURSE WITHOUT A BIB. If anyone attempts to run a race without a bib they will immediately be taken off of the course. This is to ensure the safety of our runners and to make sure we abide by the participant limit for each course which has been set by the City.

4. DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS UNATTENDED OUTSIDE OF THE GEAR CHECK AREA. Please use discretion in what you plan to bring to the Race and make sure to keep it with you at all times if you are not leaving it at Gear Check. Because your safety is most important to us and the public safety officials who will be there - any unattended bags, packages, coats, etc. will be picked up by security and not returned.

Gear Check

Gear Check will be available near the finish line beginning at 6:00am.

The Diva bag you receive at the Health & Fitness Boutique should be used as your gear check bag. Use the plastic zip tie in your packet to attach the gear check slip from the bottom of you bib to your bag.

To claim your bag after the race, show your bib number to the Gear Check Volunteer. Both the bib number and the number attached to the bag MUST match. ALL BAGS MUST BE CLAIMED BY 11:00am. Bags not claimed by 11:00am will be disposed of.

Please do not leave valuables, cash or jewelry in your checked bag. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Results & Awards

Results will be posted on our website and can be accessed with any smartphone! Results are uploaded every 5 to 10 minutes so you will be able to see your results shortly after you cross the finish line!

Awards for top 3 overall will be given out immediately after the top 3 participants cross the finish line. Award pick-up for the top 3 in each age group will take place at 9:30am in the Finish area. Men are only eligible for awards in the 5K and these will only be awarded as top 3 male overall.

If you are not present to collect your award and you want us to send you the award by mail, please download the Awards Claim Form and send it in with the appropriate fee for shipping and handling. Awards will only be available within 4 months of the event. Please note that awards are issued based on chip time.

Photography

SportPhoto is the Official Photography for the Divas� Half Marathon & 5K in North Myrtle Beach! They will be there to capture your triumphant moment and will have your photos available on the web a few days after the event.

So what do you need to do?

1. Be sure to have your bib number visible on the FRONT of you at ALL times!

2. SMILE when you cross the finish line!

3. Photographers can be anywhere on the course so Pose Like a Diva when you see them!

4. After the event, visit them at www.sportphoto.com to view and order your photos!

The Traveler Beer Co. will be in the finish line area on race day sampling their Curious Travel Shandy! If you would like to sample beer after the race, make sure to pick up your Over 21 wristband along with your bib number at the Health & Fitness Boutique. You will have to put on the wristband at the Boutique. If you do not want to wear the wristband, you will have to bring your ID with you on race day. Beer sampling will be available to participants ONLY.
