Executive Chef Aaron Allen joins Willow directly from New York City's famed two-starred Michelin restaurant, Daniel.

While at Daniel, Allen worked under the direct supervision of owner and world-renowned Chef Daniel Boulud. Delighting diners across the country, Allen has also worked alongside many other two and three Michelin star chefs from Texas to Ohio to New York.

Chef Allen's style is classic French flavors blended with a modern technique and local sourcing. He will be using his passion for farm-to-table cuisine to create a menu that represents the seasonal Pennsylvania terrior.

"This region produces so many fantastic flavors. From our local produce to the farmers raising lamb, beef and chicken, many people don't realize what a culinary haven we have right here." said Allen. "My goal is to let those flavors shine in each and every dish we create here at Willow."
