Meet MARK ROBLEDO
Universal Banker
|
This month we welcomed Mark Robledo to Hyperion Bank's customer service team. Mark is our first Universal Banker, launching an expanded role for client-serving personnel who work in our bank lobby, assisting customers personally, electronically and by phone.
As a Universal Banker, Mark is empowered to deliver a broader array of services and decisions than a traditional bank teller. In this new position, Mark can help expedite our customers' needs for a variety of banking services. We know you will enjoy building a relationship with Mark as you bank with Hyperion.
Since 2013, Mark has gained valuable banking and customer service experience, working in larger financial institutions in Philadelphia. He joined Hyperion Bank because he shares our commitment to building strong customer relationships.

Mark grew up in North Philadelphia and now lives just blocks from the Bank in Olde Kensington. He is particularly pleased to be working in the community where he lives, serving his neighbors as well as local residents and businesses.

Philadelphia's Celebration of Black Arts is one of the oldest African-American literary events in the U.S., offering something for all ages, backgrounds, and interests. Enjoy and learn about black writing, art, music, and more with panel discussions, interactive workshops, dance and live performances, author readings, film screenings and programs presented by Art Sanctuary and partners. Celebration of Black Arts events are held at Art Sanctuary, 628 S. 16th Street, Philadelphia, and various locations around the city. The celebratory month wraps up with the Black Arts Festival on Saturday, July 28, featuring local performers, food, vendors, art, and dancing.
