Wishing all of our MSS alumni and families a blessed holiday season!

December 2015

I've been totally remiss in sending out the E-News in the last 6 months, due to a variety of reasons. But I'm back on board and having some catching up to do with our alumni and their activities and accomplishments. Perhaps some of this news is a little late in getting to you, but it's definitely worthy of note.

May you all experience the blessings of the Christmas Season, and enjoy the company of your family and friends as you celebrate the birth of our Saviour.

Dominic Nield '13

Dominic Nield (MSS 2013) showed a generosity of spirit that made a little girl's life a lot happier. On August 5, Dominic's Boy Scout Troop was participating in Thurmont's National Night Out, demonstrating knot tying skills and exhibiting their newly-built go-cart. In a raffle that was held, Dominic won a new bike. Dominic asked around to see if there was a child who needed a new bike, and 10 year old Samantha Cregger became the recipient of his generosity!

Little Family Presents Check

Even though the weather did not cooperate for this year's 'Angels Above' Alumni Golf Tournament, the event still raised $15,000 for the Jack and Shirley Little Scholarship fund.

On Dec. 14th at the annual Christmas program, members of the Little family presented the check to Sister Brenda. What a great Christmas gift!
Remembering our Beloved Deceased on All Souls Day

On Nov. 2, MSS remembered many of our deceased alumni and families at the annual Memorial mass. If you know of a classmate or family member that has passed away, please let us know so that we can include them in next year's service.
We prayerfully remember the following
