We'd like to send well wishes to our Get Connected Volunteer Coordinator, Melissa Fenn, as she embarks upon the next chapter of her life. Melissa will be moving to North Carolina within the upcoming week!

Melissa has been a true champion for the Get Connected Volunteer portal upon inception and throughout it's past years of impressive growth. She has been readily available to any nonprofit or volunteer who has required assistance and has never hesitated to go above and beyond with her work. She will be a truly missed asset to NPP.

But, don't fret! As we transition, Melissa will still be available via email for Get Connected questions and concerns.

Apps, Tools & Resources - Oh My!

The main objectives for this workshop include:

- Gain a cursory overview of free/low-cost apps, tools & resources. Be able to walk away from the workshop with the understanding of the basic premise of each tool and choose one tool that you will utilize in future communications.

- Obtain an in-depth view of the tools that we use and love at The Nonprofit Partnership.

- Share personal knowledge of free/low-cost apps, tools & resources with other workshop attendees to further increase your repertoire of goodies.

Giving USA just released the report, " Giving USA 2016: The Annual Report on Philanthropy for the Year 2015."

In 2015, charitable giving in the USA grew by 4.1 percent to a record $373.25 billion.
