Showcased at RodeoHouston
Houston Police Department (HPD) officers held their first roll call in January at the new HPD North Belt Division, located at 100 Glenborough west of I-45. Their first call on the job - patrolling the streets during the winter storm!

One hundred officers are reporting to the station, and North Houston District is funding the office space.

Plans are underway for an official grand opening in the spring.
363 N. Belt Renovations
On February 8, 2018, Moody Rambin held an Olympic themed broker open house and luncheon at 363 North Belt to showcase the extensive renovations.

The Class A LEED EB-Gold certified building features a completely renovated fitness center, large conference room and on-site restaurant/deli. The property is owned by TA Associates Realty headquartered in Boston, MA and managed/leased by Moody Rambin.

Celebratio n of Green Bayou Trail Groundbreaking
The skies cleared up on Jan. 25 for a picture perfect day to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Greens Bayou Trail near Greens Parkway. The trail is part of the Bayou Greenways 2020 Project, one of the most ambitious parks projects in the nation to connect people to parks, nature and each other.
