Plano ISD Education Foundation welcomes Marta Lilly and Jeanine Alpert

Jeanine Alpert, LCSW
Executive Director
Jeanine Alpert joined the Plano ISD Education Foundation as Executive Director in March 2015. Jeanine has worked in academic and non-profit settings for more than 20 years as a clinician, administrator, fundraiser, and grant writer.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Jeanine was the Assistant Director of Foundation Relations at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) in the Office of Advancement. In this role she adapted her non-profit fundraising experience and grantsmanship to strategically cultivate and increase foundation support for the university priorities. In addition to garnering foundation support, she gained exposure to endowments, planned giving and helped close the University's first comprehensive campaign. From 2007 through 2012, she worked at Region 10 and assisted 80 school districts in North Texas with the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 federal grant requirements, compliance and fiscal accountability. She also served as Executive Director of CITY House and was integral in its financial growth. Jeanine is a graduate and former chair of Leadership Plano and a graduate of the
Power of Self
women's leadership program.
Marta Lilly
Administrative Assistant
Marta Lilly joined the Plano ISD Education Foundation in October 2014 as the Administrative Assistant. Marta is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has worked in academic and non-profit settings for over 14 years as an Administrative Assistant, International Meeting Planner for Education and Financial Assistant. Marta has organized, redeveloped and managed the process for a variety of programs to bring them to successful completion.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Marta worked at Lewisville ISD in a variety of positions for the schools and then administration as support for the Curriculum Development Teams.
Marta and her husband Chip reside in Carrollton and have three children, Samantha a Junior at Oklahoma State University, Donzie a sophomore at Southern Methodist University, and Amanda, a Senior at Hebron High School, will be a Freshman at Case Western Reserve this fall.
