From the Pastor
Tuesday, May 9, 2017, our ushers and greeters gathered for training and to welcome new volunteers to our hospitality team at the church. Trey Nunley led us in a review of our safety procedures and policies. I was deeply moved by the attendance of those who took time out of their busy schedules to focus on making the people who visit St. Mark's feel welcome...
Thanks to everyone who helped make May Bags for the shut-ins of St. Mark's. For all who delivered the goodies, God bless.
Almost all seats are taken on the bus for The Festival of Wisdom of Grace, Monday, August 7-Thursday, August 10 at Lake Junaluska, North Carolina...

Summer Is a Busy Time! -
The kids and teachers are counting the days until the school year ends. Memorial Day weekend is fast approaching...family reunions...and vacation plans and the list goes on with summer time activities. While you may be out of town more often during the summer, your church continues serving the needs of the congregation and our community. Please consider automating your giving over the summer months. It's simple, convenient and secure.
Kathryn Wright will be in the Narthex this Sunday (May 21st) after the 8:00 service to answer any questions you may have regarding Automated Giving.
