Wednesday Night Praise!

This fall at Wednesday Night Together (W.N.T.), children will participate in a rotation of creative activities we're calling W.N.P. - Wednesday Night Praise! Evenings will include singing, instruments, creative movement, Bible lessons, arts and crafts, and more... all designed to help our young people grow in their faith through creative expression. Children four years old through sixth grade will travel with their age group through a rotation of children's activities on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:15pm. Please note that the children's program begins fifteen minutes earlier than adult W.N.T. programs. Register your children today!

IGNITING A BIBLICAL IMAGINATION THAT LASTS A LIFETIME

Beginning September 17th, children in Grades 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 will begin a new adventure called "Holy Moly!"   Holy Moly is a fun, playful and interactive approach to studying the Bible which follows the path of the biblical narrative, taking kids on a journey through the Old Testament in the Fall, Advent/Christmas/Epiphany stories in the Winter, and New Testament stories in the Spring, including Holy Week and Easter accounts.  READ MORE HERE

We Need Your Help!

Please help us make sure doors are not blocked open and are locked after church services and activities.

We want to keep our facility safe for our staff and the children who attend our child care program and other events.   If you find an unlocked door and don't have a key please contact any staff member.  Think of the church as you would your home.  Thank you so much for making St. Mark's a great place to worship and serve God.

Glee Ministry In Need of Volunteers
We have been blessed for the past few years to have a wonderful ministry for young special needs friends, the GLEE Room, which stands for God Loves Everyone Equally.  In order for our church to continue responding to this need and ministering to these families, a few more willing servants are needed during Sunday school and/or 11:00 worship.  If you would be willing to consider serving in this ministry, please contact Rev. Touchton to talk further.

Ring, Ring! Are you passionate about worshipping through music? We need you and your gifts! Consider sharing your musical talents with the Chancel Ringers handbell choir. Open to adults and older youth; basic music reading ability necessary, bell-ringing experience helpful but not required. We are particularly in need of folks for the "sub list" who can fill in when a ringer is unavailable. Chancel Ringers rehearse Sundays from 4:45-6:00 p.m. and play in worship every 4-6 weeks. Contact Rev. Mary Dicken for more information on how you can get involved!

Fall Golf Tournament!St. Mark's will be sponsoring a fall golf tournament on September 16 at Old Fort Golf Course.  The cost to play is $55.00 with a 1:00 shot gun start.  Sign up in the narthex or on the bulletin board to play!
