Your Summer Colour Combinations

The sun is out which means there is no better time to embrace colour. The light is different at this time of year which makes it easier to wear brighter shades, and more of them. How you wear your colours will depend on how you like to dress and what looks good on you, as well as where you work and how you spend your free time.

We have put together some colour combinations for each dominant colouring that will make you look and feel good. There is something for work, something for play and colours to wear with white to create fresh summer looks.

Happy colour combining!
Colour Combinations for a LIGHT colouring

Summer offers plenty of colour choices, but remember you need to keep your colours light and delicate. White head to toe or with colour compliments your light look beautifully.
Colour Combinations for a DEEP colouring

In summer you may be tempted to go for lighter colours, but you need depth in your shades.  Choose the brightest shades in your palette.
Colour combinations for a WARM colouring

From apricot to tangerine, the orange shades should be your summer colour staples.  The deeper your hair colour, the stronger the shades you can wear.
Colour Combinations for a COOL colouring

You can go to town on the beautiful blues and pinks out this summer. You look fabulous in cool white but a hint of colour will make your look even more striking.
Colour Combinations for a CLEAR colouring

Make the most of this season's bright colours and mix them up to suit your style.  You need to wear your whites with bold colours and wear them near your face.
Colour Combinations for a SOFT colouring

Go for medium depth shades and not too much contrast. With white you can wear any colours from your palette. Make sure you choose a soft white.
