Colorado Collectives Cautious After Reports of Potential Crackdown in 2012
Last week, a law-enforcement official reported to the Associated Press that enforcement action is under consideration for Colorado early next year. This means that Colorado medical marijuana collectives could face the same crackdowns and raids that have been taking place in California throughout the past few months.
In California, crackdowns impacted medical marijuana dispensaries, landlords, growers, and patients. Members of the Colorado medical marijuana community are worried that their industry could be similarly affected.
