Hello Beautiful Earth Angels,   

                        

I'm sitting here, look outside my window at the daffodils beginning to bloom. It's only the beginning of the month but I always feel a sense of hope with the arrival of March... like we can really begin to come out of hibernation. And this year, whatever hemisphere you are living in, the Angels have been highlighting March as the time when we this year truly gets going for many of us! 

The Weekly Angel Reading suggests that the next couple of days may still be a little tender for us, but that we'll really feel a shift later in the week. 

What's clear to me now is that balance is very important and that many of us who are natural 'helpers' are being asked to notice where we may be 'over-giving'. In other words, focusing on others so much that we forget ourselves or or giving at the expense of our own feelings which only serves in us becoming drained, resentful or disappointed. 

If you're feeling this way, chances are, it's time to step back and step up your self-care!

A great affirmation to help shift this dynamic and create healthy, balanced relationships is: 

I allow myself to give and receive love 

in equal measure!
