Hello Beautiful Souls,

On International Peace Day yesterday, I gathered together with a lovely group of ladies for my Angel Afternoon. The Archangel Chamuel was the focus of meditation and he shared the importance of creating peace in OUR lives so that it ripples out into the world.

You see, we can't do anything about anyone else. And in fact, as he reminded us, the world we see outside of us is indeed a reflection of our inner truth. And so, of course, today, in my own prayer for peace I find myself re-visiting old pain to bring it up and out of me!

So many of us have been taught to shove away our feelings, and especially in the new-age arena, there's a school of thought that says we must be 'positive' to create the life we desire. But we must also acknowledge our feelings in order to move on. We must bring them to the surface so that there is space. There's nothing more powerful than AUTHENTICITY and sometimes that means saying 'Ouch!'

Far from being a victim, this allows us to rise up and out of circumstances rather than being stuck in them.
So pray for peace. And then let whatever needs to heal within you be healed.

The Weekly Angel Reading video suggests that the middle of the week in particular will have us looking at our self-esteem issues. So if you find yourself there, then breathe! Ask for help if you need it. And remember that it's very likely that your choice to move this energy right now is making way for something really GREAT to happen. Yay!

The Angels are wrapping all of us in love and rejoice as we 'let go and let it flow.'
