NS Police Department Notice
While the Police Department has not seen a recent increase in reports of scams, the scams are ongoing and are always a concern.
Please contact the Police Department prior to wiring money if they have any questions or concerns.

Town Council Alleged Bribery Allegations Unfounded
The North Smithfield Police Detective unit concluded a thorough investigation that included interviews of the five council members and found no evidence of bribery or any other criminal activity.
