Best practice tips to help you as the new financial year approaches

With the new financial year approaching, here are some tips to help you start the year with good equipment management practices:

+ Keep on top of your equipment transfers - count, check and record all movements in and out of your site

+ Take care to correctly sort and file all paperwork so that it can be easily retrieved at a later date if required, and advise CHEP of all movements

+ Identify and follow up any transactional queries in a timely manner

+ Ensure your staff are up to date with their training in equipment control. Click here to access our introduction to equipment control online training.

A transparent and easy to use interactive invoice

We've been working on a new, interactive invoice that will provide you with a simple visual summary of your spend and activity. You will be able to analyse as much or as little data as you want.

This is currently being piloted and will be available in late 2017. See the new, interactive invoice we've been working on in action by clicking here

Greater visibility on your loads booked in via
myCHEP  with CHEP Logistics

You have access to receive automated email alerts to advise you as soon as a truck is loaded / unloaded at a CHEP site.

This gives you greater visibility on your account activity and  provides peace of mind that  your load is on its way to its  destination, and confirms when  a load has been receipted into a  CHEP site.

To register for these alerts, contact customer service on 13 CHEP (13 2437) or email  au.customerservice@chep.com
