 Credit & Debit Card Payments by Phone

New Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations designed to 
protect your credit and financial
information are changing the way AVECC processes credit and debit card payments made by phone. Beginning 11/1/2016, all calls made to our office to make a card payment will be transferred to a secure payment automated voice response system. You may still call the office and speak to a representative to discuss your account. However, you will be transferred to the automated voice response system to make a payment.


You will need your AVECC account number!

Dial 1-866-916-4556 and have your account number ready. There are no additional fees and you can pay using your checking account or your credit/debit card.

Waldron, Pocola and Van Buren
will be closed Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25, 2016 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
