MARCH 2016
Friday, March 4th marked the end of our quarterly WorkZone program for five amazing young men. They are now working in paid internships at community businesses and organizations to learn even more valuable job skills. We are so proud of their hard work and congratulate each one of them!
WorkZone is an intensive employment training and paid internship program for homeless youth ages 18-20.
The WorkZone program prepares youth for their first job by providing:

* Employment training focused on resume writing, interviewing, and professional workplace behavior
* A 100-hour paid internship at a local business, nonprofit or company
* Support services to address homelessness and other external barriers to employment
