Even it you don't want to work on the 4th, there are lots of ways you can help. The next TRX PT suspension training session runs from Jan. 17 - Feb. 17. (Choose a Tues/Thurs class at 7:05 p.m. or Wed/Fri at 7:30 a.m. or 9:40 a.m.) TRX is a total-body workout that builds a solid core and increases muscular endurance.
