Youth Boxing Fitness Program
For Boys and Girls Ages 8 - 13
10 Week Spring Session April 9 - June 13 Meets Monday and Wednesday from 3:30pm-4:30pm Program Fee $245, Register by March 19th and Save $20
In a fun, closely supervised and engaged environment, children (boys and girls) will learn basic boxing skills and conditioning exercises that will build their self esteem, discipline and confidence.
The basic stance, footwork, punching combinations and how to properly use boxing equipment such as pads & bags will be taught.
They will practice and perfect a wide range of boxing drills (no sparring), a variety of bodyweight and strength conditioning exercises along with cardiovascular & flexibility related activities that will measurably improve their overall physical conditioning and mental focus.
Children will be broken into groups based on age and skill level. Our program is for children 8 - 13 years old (older teens are invited to participate in our adult classes).
