Youth Ministry News for December 2017
"Watch, therefore;  you do not know when the Lord of the house is coming... M ay he not come suddenly and find you sleeping.
What I say to you, I say to all: 'Watch!'"

And with that, another liturgical year is coming to a close. This next Sunday will be the first of Advent and a new year of pondering the mysteries of God's salvation extended to mankind through His Son. The readings for this upcoming Mass speak of the longing of God's people for Him to return and the watchful expectancy that Jesus exhorts His followers to practice. With this first Sunday of Advent, may we exemplify that which we will pray in the Holy Mass - that we can "await the blessed hope and the coming of our Savior, Jesus Christ."

Below you'll find a listing of the things that are in store for our middle school and high school students this month of December. I hope that you will be able to join us for some of these offerings. May God richly bless you!

In Christ,
Bradley Barnes, Coordinator of Youth Ministry
