Based on Zurich's loss data, the leading cause of builder's risk loss during construction is attributable to weather and water intrusion.  This program will allow participants an opportunity to better understand weather and water intrusion related exposures.  More importantly, Zurich will provide practical controls and solutions that can be implemented before and during construction to help reduce weather and water intrusion exposures and loss potential.

In addition, Zurich will provide resources to participants after the session to utilize as a starting point and guide to implement their own weather and water intrusion mitigation program.  These resources will include a copy of the presentation, along with multiple Zurich Risk Topics and resources including their Wet Work Permit program.
