Engage your body, mind and senses to develop awareness and cultivate presence in TaKeTiNa on Friday, 8/12 at 7p. TaKeTiNa is a musical and meditative workshop that reconnects us to our natural rhythmic ability. All are welcome- TaKeTiNa is beginner friendly!

Back by popular request this August: Yoga Bliss Sundays! Join this 2-week series at a discount or enroll in single sessions. With the focus of Hips & Low Back on 8/21, and Shoulders, Arms & Hands on 8/28, we will continue to explore the body with massage ball work and gentle yoga. Shift out of physical and emotional restrictions held in the body and relax, reset and de-stress.
Rest deeply while passively stretching and opening the body in a gentle way in Restorative Yoga on Saturday August 20, 2:30-4:30p. When supported properly with blankets, blocks and props, the mind and body are able to reset and renew, reducing tension and increasing energy. Experience pure bliss in these supported poses that energize and circulate the breath, stimulate and soothe organs, and lengthen and brighten the spine.

Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? Do you need to work on core strength, but are hesitant to try a large drop-in class? If so, then our new Post-Injury Pilates series is for you! 

Taught by Candace Bordelon, Ph.D., instructor of "Yoga for Back Health," this new 6 week series takes a careful approach to building strength using Pilates exercises.
Enrollment is limited to only 7 clients and will focus on the individual needs of those clients enrolled for the series.
