Did you know that several credit cards provide Price Protection? Simply stated, when you purchase an item with your card and see an advertisement for the same item at a lower cost, the program may refund the difference in price. This may include offers you find on the internet as well, but will likely exclude purchases made on auction internet sites.
As with all benefits associated with your card, be sure to contact the provider to ensure you have Price Protection and that you know any terms and conditions that may apply.
To learn more about Price Protection and how it can benefit your customers, contact us at [email protected]. |

cbsi Attends NY PACE Technology Conference
|
cbsi Vice President, Ken Kraetzer, attended the PACE (Professional Association for Customer Engagement) Technology Conference on September 11.
Key takeaways from the event include:
- Marketers are tracking "Path to Sales" that often involves a switch from on-line to phone.
- Customers want "Effortless" resolution which often includes self service.
- Practices of unscrupulous providers both domestic and overseas cause regulatory reaction.
- Majority of customers expect responses to social media comments same day.
Also, during the event Ken met with PACE CEO, Phil Grudzinski, discussing the impact of technology on customer relationships.
