In Yoga Nidra, we'll utilize "sankalpa" which is a positive intention, goal or desire that you wish to achieve over the next 6-18 months. This workshop will help you understand your true desires and teach you how to use a sankalpa in order to achieve these desires without mental or physical effort. Find out more!
Is learning to meditate your New Years resolution? Learn the most basics techniques for meditation in Intro to Meditation on Saturday 2/4 at 2p! By the time you leave, you will have a basic meditation practice you can use at home...and you will feel more calm and relaxed as you face the world again.
