Change your life by changing the way you speak to yourself. Have you ever listened to the things you say to yourself? Are those words kind, considerate and positive? Would you say those same things to friends or family? You can change your life by simply changing the way you think. Start being as kind to yourself as you are to others. Encouragement can go a long way. 
 
You ARE a being of infinite greatness. It's not something you have to work towards, you just have to accept that you are powerful beyond measure. Stop the negative self-talk. Any time you hear yourself wondering if it's possible, stop. Visualize a stop sign in your mind and replace it with a vision of yourself whole, happy and accomplished. It's that simple. Really.

Restorative yoga allows for relaxation and rejuvenation of the mind and body.
 
When supported properly with blankets, blocks and props, the mind and body are able to reset and renew, reducing tension and increasing energy.

Our yoga basics series teach the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga. Classes are small, so individual attention is guaranteed. 
Basics I  is designed for new beginners with little or no yoga experience. It will help prepare you for beginning drop-in classes and a personal yoga practice.

 BELLYDANCE  
with Tamra Henna 
 
Basics: Mon 7:30-8:30p, 4/17-5/22
Odyssey:  Mon 8:35-9:35p, 4/17-5/22

Develop strength, grace, and fluidity while you explore this beautiful art form! Learn basic bellydance postures, movements, steps, and combinations along with a short choreography.

The Basics- designed for new beginners with little or no prior experience.

The Odyssey- prior dance experience is required.
