We can easily "like" our friends, "share" our intimate happenings with them and "invite" them to our personal events, but have we really  connected?familybeach
Sure, technology has advanced our ways of being "closer" to one another. But our cell phones and computers can not replicate the connection we all need to thrive.
Take the time to call your friend instead of sending a text, show your gratitude by looking someone in the eye, give a simple heartfelt hug, and appreciate your loved ones by disconnecting with technology and reconnecting through touch, love, and warmth.
Connect with your true essence in the meditative, soothing practice of Restorative Yoga on Saturday 7/8 at 2:30p.
