SUPPORTING CLEANTECH IS WORKING!

Supported by the Oregon Innovation Council (Oregon InC) and Business Oregon, we've been funding and supporting cleantech startups in Oregon for six years and the university cleantech innovation ecosystem for ten years. And it's working!

Our return on investment in follow-on funding to private sector companies is running an impressive 8:1, and the companies we've helped launch have gone on to create hundreds of family-wage jobs, generate millions of dollars of revenue from product sales, and develop technologies that are making the planet a better place for all of us.

I recently wrote a guest column for the Portland Business Journal that touches on some things you might not know about cleantech in Oregon. But one thing I know, Oregon is good at cleantech, and cleantech is good for Oregon - and the world! I look forward to helping more Oregon cleantech startups succeed. Read about more of the successes below.

Thank you for your continued interest and support,

David Kenney
President & Executive Director
