311 Service in Lost Creek - Problems?
Dear Residents,

It has recently come to our attention that some residents of Lost Creek are still unable to connect to the City's 311 service via their landline phones by dialing 3-1-1. Unfortunately, we have learned that this issue can only be corrected on a line-by-line basis. In an effort to help facilitate this process for the community, the Limited District is compiling a list of landlines that continue to have this problem. The list will be forwarded to the City's 311 Team for correction en masse.

To collect the information, the Limited District is asking residents to check the 311 functionality on their landline phones and report service problems through the form link below.

How? 2 Easy Steps:

Step 1:
  • Call 3-1-1 from your landline.
  • If it connects to the 311 main menu, good news! Your line is not affected by this issue. If it does NOT connect, move on to Step 2.

Step 2:
  • Fill out this simple response form:   
  • Your landline and contact information will be added to the list that we submit to the City 311 Team. A representative may reach out to you at the contact number you provide to test the line.
