When it comes to fruits and veggies, we all know they are good for us, but we often encounter two problems - they go bad before we can eat them or we can't get our families to eat them at all!

Dehydration increases the shelf life of fruits and vegetables by months, sometimes years, AND it retains as much as 97% of the nutritional value of the foods. Dehydration opens up vast possibilities for preserving and enjoying healthy foods. From healthy fruit snacks to powdered veggies you can sneak into meals, to soup mixes and beef jerky, Sue will show you how fun and easy it is to dehydrate foods as well as how to use the foods you have dehydrated.

Co-Op FAQ

What is a co-op?
It's a group of people that pool their individual orders together, to take advantage of lower shipping rates, and discounts on certain food items.

How does a co-op work? Members contact the co-op coordinator for their area. The coordinator makes sure everyone knows when to get their individual orders in (using our online co-op ordering system), so that the co-op's group order be delivered by the scheduled date.

Who delivers my order? The Bread Beckers will deliver (or ship) the order; the coordinator receives the total order at a specified drop location.  Once the order is delivered and accepted, the co-op members can receive their individual orders.
