Wichita Scottish Rite's first year of participation in the Valley Membership Achievement Program (VMAP) has been completed and a report of our activities has been submitted to the Supreme Council, A.A.S.R., S.J.
The review of 2015 activities demonstrated a start in the journey but also established many things still need to be accomplished. A principal observation is Wichita Valley has additional responsibilities to support and grow the current membership. Wichita Scottish Rite along with the rest of the Masonic Fraternity has seen a sustained decline in membership. Many of the activities are new and different from what we are accustomed to doing. Many members may ask why something different is needed.

The near term solution is to expand the Venue 332 event business while improving our member activities and rebuilding Masonic membership. Our fraternity's values and mission are outstanding, and we want to tell our story to younger generations. Those generations have different methods for networking and communicating. It's time to explore our delivery methods while maintaining our core values and mission.
