The Art of Anger
a play by Jim Waxenberg, Writer & Producer
and Patsy Parker, Director
Thursday, March 8 at 7:00 pm
Temple Solel

All are invited to attend this intriguing play which tells the story of three Jews who were killed on 9/11 and accidentally wind up at the pearly gates where they are put into the gates’ anger-management program. Through the metaphor of art, they argue, analyze, blame, and eventually come to a resolution regarding their deaths on that fateful day.
The interpretive paintings in acrylics by Nancijoy Weissman continues in the North Hallway Gallery through February 28.

The artwork is available for sale with a portion of the proceeds going to the ART SHOWCASE scholarship fund.

For more information and pricing, contact Nancijoy Weissman at [email protected].

IN THE COMMUNITY
Jewish Family & Children’s Service is offering a new and expanded session of Creative Aging classes. Creative Aging is a national initiative based on studies showing that older adults live longer and better if they are actively involved in the Arts. The movement is aimed at fostering an understanding of the vital relationship between creative expression and quality of life for older adults. All classes are open to adults 60 or older. Registration fees vary. Registration is available on the JFCS website: www.jfcsaz.org/creativeaging
