Mary B. Lucas is an author, speaker and people connector who most recently, served as the Chief Resource Officer for Staffmark, a division of Recruit Group and one of the world's largest staffing companies. With more than 30 years of experience in the "People Business" which is how she describes the staffing and workforce management industry, Mary has coached individuals at all organizational levels to reach their performance goals through improved work relationships.
Mary will offer advice from the smartest man she ever knew - her father. A butcher by trade, he was the greatest coach she ever encountered. Using real world examples and the power of storytelling, Mary shares what she learned from her father and her career in the people business.
