The Calgary Council of Christians and Jews (CCCJ) and St. Peter’s Anglican Church are co-sponsoring a Holocaust Memorial Service. Marnie Bondar will recount the story of her Grandmother Freda Plucer’s survival, during the Holocaust, using video clips of Freda’s testimony. Everyone is welcome to join us as we stand together in solidarity with victims of hate and violence, and pray for God’s peace and hope throughout the world. Heritage Park is looking for Jewish people, 15 years or older, who would be interested in volunteering as Interpreters in the Little Synagogue.
