Wealth Management

Financial professionals typically recommend that you review your retirement strategy annually and when there is a major life event. If you haven't reviewed your plan in the last twelve months, now may be the time to begin your annual review to ensure your retirement savings are meeting your needs and expectations now and into the future.

Here are a few things to consider:
  • Risk tolerance - this is how well you ride market fluctuations and the subsequent value of your retirement savings. Some things to consider are your time horizon until retirement and your accumulation goals.
  • Life changes - have you experienced a change lately? Did you get married, divorced, buy or sell a home, have a child or send a child to college? Maybe you changed jobs. These and other life changes can affect your retirement strategies.
  • Retirement income needs - what are your plans when you retire? Do you want to travel, or downsize your home? Do you want to work part time? These will impact what you need to save and invest today.
  • Investment allocation - have you reallocated your strategies base on your time to retire horizon.
  • Retirement plan rules and features - if your employer sponsors a retirement program, look at the details and see if that have changed.
Retirement is an important part of life. If you are looking for help for this important part of planning, please give Richard Chrzanowski with Money Concepts a call at (800)708-7077 for a complimentary check-up.

Control access to your debit card with our mobile app. The "Remote Control Cards" feature in our mobile app allows you to control your debit card, provides more security and will give you added peace of mind. This feature allows you to control when and how your debit card(s) are used!

Go to our mobile app, login, then go to "Remote Control Cards." There you can activate or deactivate debit card(s) associated with your account(s). When you deactivate your card, it will immediately stop all transactions associated with that card number. This includes recurring debit transactions you have authorized like SunPass, gym memberships, auto insurance, YMCA, Busch Gardens etc. Be sure to turn on access so your recurring transactions are not returned to the vendor. Fees may be assessed if items are returned when the card is off.

Protect yourself from unwanted debit card activity with Remote Control Cards on our mobile app today!

Fireworks Safety

Summer is synonymous with barbecues, parades and fireworks displays. But along with all the festivities are plenty of visits to emergency rooms - especially during July.

In 2016, at least  four people died and about 11,100 were injured  badly enough to require medical treatment after fireworks-related incidents, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. And while the majority of these incidents were due to amateurs attempting to use professional-grade, homemade or other illegal fireworks or explosives, thousands were from less powerful devices like small firecrackers and sparklers.
