Hello from Tracy...       Wow, can you believe we are just 8 days away from leaving for London - what a crazy busy time and so much to tell you about in our ministry and project -  so many incredible pieces, so many stories - I'll be brief with each one yet I'm desperate for you to know the impact YOU are making through our lives - we simply could not participate in all these life-change moments without your faithful prayer and your practical  partnership - thank you, so much for your love and investment - particularly as we embark on three months of project leadership in the second most expensive city in the world!   So, I'll scribble a little that will explain each photo and we'll take it from there.    Thank you in advance for reading - it means a lot to us!  We love and value you!   Tracy x (and of course, Bryan and the family) ps. Teaching/Training  Getting Teams ready! Pray for hundreds as they prepare. Bryan has travelled from South Africa to Hungary, San Diego to Toronto, Missouri to Manchester participating in numerous training sessions... Here's just a couple of teams you can pray for... Vanguard Team 2012 -  Heading to the west coast  of England to run a Beach Mission Team then will join Run The Race Project in London.   Pray for the Run The Race Team, here together with partners in Dallas, GEM Staff and GEM interns.      Pray for the incredible     transatlantic         partnerships that are        being developed even    before the Games      begin..      Below, Senior Pastors      (Jeff Warren, (Park    Cities, Dallas) and      Malcolm Duncan (Gold     Hill, UK) share thoughts before teaching in Dallas..   Park Cities and Gold Hill will forge a unique friendship this year -thousands of lives will be impacted as these two great churches dream together.. Recently, Bryan had the joy of teaching at Concord Association in Missouri and was able to commission  a fairly large team from the State. Great evening.     When people connect... How does short term mission change a life... Bryan and I are always amazed and captivated by connecting people across the miles - it's very special - a number of things always take place... 1. God turns up because people are out of their zone. 2. They often discover who they really are. 3. Their posture is one of service and "others" focussed - a healthy way to do life. 4. They grow up. (hopefully.) 5. They learn to join the Father in what he's doing. 6. They listen, more than speak.. always a good idea. 7. The course of their life changes forever. 8. They find incredible life-long friends in just a few days. 9. They want more of missional living. 10. They forget how much it cost :)   SO, WHAT ABOUT YOU? HOW BEST CAN WE SERVE YOU? What about joining this wonderful adventure? Would you consider bringing a team to the United Kingdom this fall/autumn or winter? (or next summer?) Are you thoughtful about giving your life to work alongside one of our great mission partners in Birmingham, London, Cardiff, Brighton etc. Perhaps for a few months, perhaps a year, perhaps longer? Would you consider joining me in London (or one of these cities) for a few days this fall/winter/spring 2013 to gain a vision for the UK?  UPCOMING VISION TOURS  (Join Bryan for a few days)   NOVEMBER 2012 -  A unique vision tour incorporating future plans for European/North American mission projects in Brazil (leading up to the FIFA World Cup in 2014) and France (leading up to the TOUR DE FRANCE 2013)   DECEMBER 2012 -  Five Days of incredible interaction with GEM's UK Partners up and down the United Kingdom - What is God doing? Visit GEM Team and discuss future UK Mission possibilities.   FEBRUARY 2013 - Six Days - potential France and United Kingdom - similar to December itinerary plus Paris.   More details to follow...  DO CONTACT ME ABOUT ANY OF THESE OPTIONS. Pray for these key issues..   1. VISA - we are still waiting - we should know soon... Keep praying.. 2. NEXT BIG THING? - well there certainly much to do in follow up from the massive Olympic summer and much to do in the UK with so many team members in the mix....but we are praying and discussing involvement in mobilizing teams to Europe's largest spectator event - Know what that is?
