Creative Kids Art Classes

Your child (age 8 to 14) will love this four-day art series with award-winning artists Lisa Flynn and Karen Baker. Kids will work on their own pieces, exploring and creating with a variety of mediums. At the end of the series, your child can choose to display some of their artwork at the James. $75 fee covers all art supplies. Space is limited, so please sign up early!

On Monday, January 8, the Men’s Potluck will meet at Bernie Gardner’s house, 177 Washington Street, Pembroke. We will gather at 6:00 pm for appetizers with dinner about 6:30 pm. Please let Bernie know you are coming by calling him at 781-829-0932 or via email.

The Church Office will be closing at 11:30 am on Thursday, January 11 so that the church staff may enjoy their annual post-Christmas lunch.

Please join the Alliance on Wednesday, January 17 at 10 am in the Parish Hall for a fun-filled card making party led by Bev Gardner and Linda Hurt. All materials will be provided, and guidance given in customizing and personalizing your own Valentine cards and perhaps some other special cards. You’ll leave with wonderful one-of-a kind cards for friends and family. Refreshments will be served.

We will have an All-Church Dance on Saturday, January 20 starting at 5:30 pm. We will supply music via an iPhone. If you are interested in learning how to do that, let us know. We will have pizza, dessert and snacks. If you can bring dessert or snacks, let Peg Kitchenham know or just bring them with you.
