The last 30 minutes will be dedicated to nurturing you with Thai yoga massage while Kenny fills the room with harmonic vibrations created by gongs, drums, rattles, Tibetan bowls, chimes, & more. Join us for some free intro classes this coming week! Learn the movenements and techniques of traditional Middle Eastern bellydance in the free Intro to Bellydance with Tamra on Monday 6/26 at 7:30p. Play around, learn some basic moves and have fun in the free  Hoop Dance Intro class on Wednesday 6/28, 6:35p. Preregistration is highly suggested!

Delve further in the Bellydance Basics series on Mondays 7:30p starting 7/10 and learn basic bellydance postures, movements, steps and combinations along with a short choreography. Hoop Dance Basics series on Wednesdays 6:35p starting 7/5 combines music and dance, making hooping a fun form of fitness and creative self-expression.
