Synopsis 

ITSM has been around since the 1980s and has evolved significantly since the first version of ITIL to the current 2011 edition. Paul Wilkinson is recognized as one of the leading influential figures in the ITSM industry. Come listen to one of the stalwarts of the industry and hear first hand how he sees this evolution and also how gamification and experiential learnings is fast becoming a preferred way to impacting real life practical knowledge to staffs within organizations these days. A founding member of Gamingworks, Paul has dedicated his life to the betterment of the ITSM industry and also the development of new and innovative gamification products.

 
 
Speaker Profile

Paul Wilkinson has been involved in the IT industry for more than 25 years and has a broad background in IT operations, IT management and product innovation and development. He was project team lead in the original BITE (Business & IT Excellence) process modeling of ITIL, an ITIL V2 author and member of the ITIL V3 advisory group.

In a strategic and targeted effort to grow the awareness and membership base of the chapter, the chapter will be forming a Membership Working Group comprising of member volunteers and chaired by one of the chapter council members. This working group will focused on growing the awareness of the chapter and membership outreach activities.
