Synopsis 

Many organisations invest lots of time and effort but still struggle to implement a successful ITSM program. Some have even make multiple attempts over the years but  with little success. How can a Project Manager even begin to approach this issue? What are the pitfalls and critical success factors needed to have implementation success? What can we learn from organisations that have gone through this path? 

Furthermore, even after successful implementation, organisations are usually left with many data stores, and consolidated management reporting is always a long, tedious and time consuming process. ITSM Analytics will show how to solve this reporting issue through software technologies.

Steve is the Project Director at Miloit Consulting. He is responsible for managing the projects implementation in the areas of IT Systems Management, Endpoint Security and IT Service Management. Steve has been the IT industry for over 25 years with over 15 years in IT Service Management and CRM. He has successfully implement solutions for over 30 organisations ranging from SMEs, Governments and MNCs from various industries.

In a strategic and targeted effort to grow the awareness and membership base of the chapter, the chapter will be forming a Membership Working Group comprising of member volunteers and chaired by one of the chapter council members. This working group will focused on growing the awareness of the chapter and membership outreach activities.
