We are bringing the last event of the year to all our members as a Members and Sponsors Night event to enjoy and interact with one another over finger food and some fine wines. This will be a free admission event specially to reward the members for their support of the chapter and her activities as well as to thank our sponsors for their strong support in the last one year.
We will also be taking this opportunity to share with everyone our plans for 2018 onward and our council members will also be on-site to answer any questions.
The itSMF Singapore Chapter is proud to be a supporting association of The Cybersecurity Awards and being part of the Organising Committee organising this prestigious inaugural event in Singapore.
Nominations are now open to recognise deserving information security professionals and enterprises. Sponsorship opportunities are available for enterprises to support the high visibility event and help in the growth of the information security industry in Singapore.
AXELOS has announced plans to update the world's most widely-adopted framework for service management.
The development of the updated framework will take place in 2018. While building on the established core of best practice in the existing ITIL guidance, the update will offer new and explicit practical content focusing on the optimum integration of ITIL with complementary practices, such as DevOps, Agile and Lean.
itSMF International signed a MoU with International Foundation for Digital Competences (IFDC) Regarding VeriSM™
On October 11th itSMF International signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with International Foundation for Digital Competences (iFDC) on VeriSM™ (Value-driven, Evolving, Responsive, Integrated, Service Management) and areas of cooperation providing mutual benefits for the two organizations.
Launch of VeriSM™ by International Foundation for Digital Competences (IFDC) in December 2017
VeriSM™ is a service management approach from the organizational level, looking at the end to end view rather than focusing on a single department. Based around the VeriSM™ model, it shows organizations how they can adopt a range of management practices in a flexible way to deliver the right product or service at the right time to their consumers.
