Need a little help to get back on track? Sometimes with summer comes a lot of distractions. We start out eating healthy, then we go on vacation, the kids are out of school, our schedule changes. Before you know it, you're eating snacks that you wouldn't normally consider eating, you haven't had the chance to cook in who knows how long, and you've enjoyed a fair share of sugary desserts. Are you seeking a gentler movement practice to compliment your healing practice? Nia Moving to Heal drop-in classes are now offered on Thursdays 6p (NEW time!) and Saturdays 9:05a. The upcoming Integrative Healing Sessions with Jule Aguirre are an expanded Nia Moving to Heal experience, benefiting people of all ages and ability levels, and its tailored for those affected by cancer, chronic pain, arthritis, anxiety/depression, brain injuries, eating disorders, and more. Step in to your body's healing potential on Fridays 9/8 and 9/15 at 6:30p.
 
Are you expecting a little one, or have a young child in your family? You can be empowered through exercise and community support in Prenatal Pilates and Prenatal Yoga classes (offered multiple times a week!) as well as workshops like Partner Prenatal Yoga and Yoga to Support Childbirth where you can share what you learn with your partner. Learn massage techniques to sooth and help baby in the Baby's First Massage workshop on Thursday 9/14 at 10a. Bond, play, sing songs and participate in healthy postpartum exercise in the "Mommy & Me" Postnatal Yoga class starting Saturday 9/9 at 10:45a.

Welcome Mary Frances Baker to the MoveStudio team! Mary Frances is bringing Musikgarten, an internationally respected early childhood music and movement class, to MoveStudio on Fridays at 10:45 starting 9/15 ! Each lesson features movement activities for coordination, body awareness and control, and exploration of space. Babies and toddlers start learning aural and rhythmic skills playing instruments like the jingles, drums, rhythm sticks, rattles, and resonator bars. Musikgarten bridges the natural connection between music and movement. The classes are full of smiles as you dance, move, sing, chant, listen, and play simple instruments together. Join us and help us spread the word!
