This is a new painting from my series Scents of Humor that I'm preparing for my exhibition in April at the Durham Art Guild. It's a further exploration of my 6"x6" paper series from a couple of years ago, but on a much larger scale - 36"x36" on linen and larger. It's also 3rd Friday again at Golden Belt this week from 6-9pm. 35 studios, 40+ artists and one gallery under one roof. www.goldenbeltarts.com There will be live music in the central gallery, Room 100, performed by local musician Dawn Michelle Williams.
