Always wondered how you can start your meditation practice? In Intro to Meditation on Sat 2/6 at 2p, learn the most basic techniques for meditation to reduce stress and gain a more focused and calm mind.
Improve flexibility and increase strength in your core in Pilates Mat Basics on Mon at 7:15p starting 1/23 and Pilates Equipment classeKaethe Pilatess (multiple times avail!). Learn breathwork, core stabilization, mind-body focus, proper alignment and technique and much more! Classes are small, so individual attention is guaranteed.

Bring in some items for the Comfort Bag Support Drive! We see people needing assistance on the streets, and wouldn't you like to be able to hand them a bag with some warm socks, maybe some toothpaste and tooth brush, snacks such as crackers or tuna in pouches? Bring any items up to MoveStudio for us to assemble into bags!
