Not sure where to start? Try Intro to Yoga on Sat 1/21 at 1p or Yoga Basics on Tues 6p starting 1/31 or Sat 10:30 starting 2/18. Learn a few of the most common yoga poses, and gain understanding of proper alignment, movement and props.  Attend Intro to Meditation on Sat 2/6 at 2p, learn the most basic techniques for meditation to reduce stress and gain a more focused and calm mind.
Discover the difference Tai Chi can make in your life in Intro to Tai Chi on Sat 1/21 at 2:15p. Improved focus, coordination, breathing are some benefits of this "meditation in motion." Beginners are also welcome in our weekly drop-in class on Wednesdays at 11a.
  Kaethe Pilates
Improve flexibility and increase strength in your core in Pilates Mat Basics on Mon at 7:15p starting 2/6 and Pilates Equipment classes (multiple times available!). Learn breathwork, core stabilization, mind-body focus, proper alignment and technique and much more! Classes are small, so individual attention is guaranteed.   
Dance for a good cause, tonight!! Join the Fundraiser Nia Class with Kathy on Friday 1/20 at 6p and invite your friends! All proceeds will go to the Comfort Bag Support Drive! Can't make the class? Item and cash donations are accepted at the front desk throughout January.
