This has been an exhausting week for many of us, both physically and emotionally. And Movestudio is here for you as you recover, both as your community and through the healing modalities we offer. Balancing the energy of the hips & heart allows us to move beyond fear and open to acceptance in Yoga Bliss: Opening Hips and Hearts with Cindy Caperton this Saturday, 11/12, 2:30p. This 2 hour workshop is beneficial to release tension in hips, upper back and pectorals. Relax, destress and find freedom from constrictions of body, mind and breath for renewal and healing.
Laughter is nature's stress-buster! So join us in Laughter Yoga with Kimberly Beroset this Saturday 11/12 at noon. Laughter Yoga provides the opportunity to laugh, without reason, to enjoy the countless benefits to body and spirit that laughter offers. Ho-ho-ho, ha-ha-ha!
Become the music in Pound Rockout Workout with Nicole Borowski this Saturday 11/12 at 2:30p. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks, drumming is transformed into an incredibly effective way of working out. Pound combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training and is designed for all fitness levels. Let loose, get energized and rock out!

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated all at the same time. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide.

No prior dance experience is required!

Schedule Notes
Space is available in the Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement on Tuesdays 7:30p. Join the remaining classes for a prorated cost or single classes for $20.
Bellydance drop-ins on Wednesdays will not be held until January. Instead, join the upcoming Finger Cymbal Clinic on Wednesdays 6:35p starting 12/7!
Please note the upcoming holiday schedule: MoveStudo will be closed the evening of Wednesday, November 23 and all day on Thursday, November 24.
The most current class schedule is always available on our website. Be sure to check it frequently for class cancellations, instructor substitutions and other changes not included on printed schedules.
