Choose from 9 “schvitz sessions” each with two leaders:
…a top local spinning or Zumba instructor to help you get it right
…and a rabbi, cantor or Jewish community leader to cheer you on
Check out our special message from trainer Mary Montgomery Smith:
Sunday, March 11, from 1-4:00 PM
Schvitz sessions start at 1, 2, and 3 pm. Schvitz for 40 minutes, break for 20, and do it again if you wish. (We’ll have schmoozing and snacks too!) Start anytime!

Bring the kids…bring your friends…this is gonna be really BIG FUN!
