happy new year skillet nation! thanks for all the love and support in 2012...it was a good one and we couldn't have done it without you...best wishes to all for a safe, healthy and successful 2013...thanks for being a part of our crew...

  • celebrated the 1 year anniversary for the diner and 5 year anniversary for street food!
  • served 188,944 people at the diner...
  • launched the skillet cookbook: a street food manifesto..
  • catered 67 weddings and over 250 events..
  • roasted multiple pigs..
  • opened skillet:counter at the armory..and drained 14 kegs bumbershoot weekend...
  • launched our new delivery options and teamed up with amazon fresh..
  • sold 52,000+ jars of bacon jam in us and canada
  • created 28 original drinks for the diner bar and countless new menu items for street food, diner and counter...
  • broke a lot of mason jars, dishes and a few hearts...
