how long with Skillet: this is my second go around with skillet.  i first started summer of 2009 working in the "franken trailer" and saw the opening of the commersary kitchen we are in now...i helped run the first walk up window on 4th ave before we finally moved all operations down to our georgetown location.  my wife and I were expecting so i moved away from the company for a couple of years...never during that time did i not think about skillet!  i knew the potential that it had and i stayed in touch with josh.  josh offered me the position of pastry chef at the diner when it opened...from there i moved my way through the company to my position now at street food..it's been a blast!

favorite part of my job: i have to say that my favorite part of my job is that it is different every day. with all the different streams of business we have - including catering, street food, amazon fresh, and drop off menu - we are always on the move. 

biggest challenge? making sure that everyone experiences the same level of service no matter where they purchase our food.

favorite holiday tradition: my wife and i were never really into the holiday traditions until we had our daughter.  i think my favorite one now is setting up our tree and looking at lights...

cooking at home? my wife and i share the cooking in our house...i think my favorite meal is roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

favorite skillet dish: i have to say the cinnamon rolls!

i'm looking forward to spending the holidays with my family!  seeing everything through my daughters eyes is so cool!
