Cappy Hour Fridays continue from 1:30pm to close, with 1/2 price on traditional drinks like cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more.

Stay tuned to Facebook for end of the month cuppings.

In June, we plan to have online ordering available through our website.  Another addition to the site: live tweets from our athletes and real time specials available to one and all! Very exciting stuff in the works!

MAY ART: "Push Tunisia" Skateboarding Photos & Mixed Media

"Tzahi, an Israeli skater, at the Trabelsi pool. During the trip, the crew came across one of the mansions of the corrupt leader that was looted during the revolution. The skaters left their mark by cleaning up the trashed pool and converting into a skate spot. and the artists with an 'art show' graffiti and framed photos on the walls."

Throughout May, thump welcomes "Push Tunisia," a collection of recent skateboarding photos, art decks and other mixed media works from Tunisia, birthplace of the "Arab Spring" revolutions. We'll be open late for First Friday Art Walk, May 4, so please drop by.

"Push Tunisia" is a project of local non-profit collaborative theBedouins, a group of mutli-national skaters, filmers, photographers and artists with a focus on the middle eastern youth. Read more here.

Thump Roasting!

Thump is now roasting its own beans! By picking only small, fine micro lots we are able to create a custom coffee that's just for thump. We are very busy roasting 2-3 times a week to ensure we have the freshest beans possible. Thump is dedicated to serving it to you between day 5 and 8 (the sweet spot), which ensures that the coffee has had time to settle, yet hasn't lost any of its freshness.

Thump Importing!
Accidental Stills by Lynn Rothan
This week alone we have imported beans from Columbia, Ethiopia, Rwanda,  Brazil, Honduras, and Guatamala. We are following the harvest schedule of these countries and many more in order to ensure the highest quality product. This keeps the coffee interesting and exciting! For example, the Columbian Single Origin that we are serving has been described as a "syrupy, complex bean with tropical fruit notes from farmer Leguizamo" and is a winner of the Cup of Excellence Award.
