April's featured classes are all about moving to the music and having fun, while getting a full-body workout!
Pound Rockout Workout (Mondays 7:30p) transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out! Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

Shake things up in Zumba Toning! This special Zumba class adds the challenge of weighted maracas (Zumba Toning Sticks) to inrease your upper body workout as well as fun factor! S hake, rattle and rock your way to sexy, leaner muscles and a more sculpted shape!
bollyxDance to the hottest music from around the world in BollyX! At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood

No prior experience is needed for these featured classes- just a positive attitude!

YOGA FOR FIBROMYALGIA RELIEF

Through this therapeutic yoga class, relieve the aching, pain, and muscle stiffness in your neck, shoulders, back and hips by improving your range of motion and building strength.  Reduce stress, relieve anxiety and enhance the quality of your sleep through relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.  

This specialized series, limited to only 7 clients, is designed with you in mind and is tailored to your ability.  Discover a low-impact way to get you moving and feeling better in your body.     
 
                   
HOOP DANCE BASICS

6 Wednesdays, 6:35p-7:30p, 5/3-6/7
 
 Hoop dance is all about having a good time while teaching your body to do new cool things. When combined with music and dance, hooping is a fun form of fitness and creative self-expression.

You will learn foundational hoop dance moves from core waist hooping to off-body tricks that will leave you fluidly transitioning the hoop on and off the body all while having an awesome time.
